10 Pounds Lighter

So far since I have been eating at home, playing disc golf, and doing some Hip Hop Ab workouts after school, I have lost 10 pounds!!! My plan is to keep it up and hopefully have another ten lost before the end of October. I think that is possible. I feel much better already and was so impressed that I was able to fit into everything that I tried on yesterday at New York & Company (I had my City Cash that I needed to use).
In other news I have been very busy and I have been doing a lot of procastinating lately which is not good. I have been enjoying the beautiful weather.
In my classroom this week we watched a butterfly emerge from a chrysilis thanks to Madison, one of my students who brought the chrysilis from her home. We released the butterfly at recess. It was really neat and I was able to photograph the process.



The little speck near the upper middle of the photograph is the released butterfly.

Hey Steph! Sorry I haven't been around lately! I am so excited for you! I actually started Weight Watchers and I have lost 10 lbs too! Maybe we can encourage each other along! Hope you have a good week!
